Make a privacy request
You can ask us about the information Doersteps holds about you, or about a child you are responsible for, whether or not you have an account. If a church or campus keeps a record about you and you have never signed in, this form is for you.
If you do have an account, you can already download your own record without asking anybody, and for most of what we hold that is faster than this form. It leaves out, among other things, the notes a leader keeps about you, any concern somebody raised about you, and your prayer requests. To ask about anything it leaves out, use this form.
We will reply to the address you give us. We cannot hand over a person's records to whoever asks for them, so for some requests we will need to establish who you are first. That is the same rule that protects your records from somebody else asking about you.
